Hi ! Looking for an old friend of mine
? His name is Dell a Guitarist who
lived in Eastbourne East Sussex 20
years ago if you know him tell him
Roger is back. Only me I'm all alone
now just me my writing and my Guitar,
the rest have gone . How I started
writing Songs,It was not by a wish for
gain or fame. My brother died of
heroin abuse and within 4 days of my
brothers death my sister in law died
of alcohol abuse.These words poems and
songs started forming in my mind. I
had a rush of emotion and wrote aprox
100 lyrics without stopping. I had
never played the guitar at this time.
So being left handed finger missing
and broken fingers on my other hand I
purchased one and started to teach my
self to play. Recorded my first
lyrics with Vince Wade and Anne
Woodward this was some years ago. I
left making music from then on for to
build a business. Wrote some on the
way over the years. After losing a
marriage a business farm and suffering
false imprisonment and homelessness. I
started writing properly again plus
started to take my music more
seriously and learn to play my guitar
again. Just started to record again
finding my way. At my age I have just
gone live with my music and playing in
local pubs, what a incredible time a
big buzz. So be inspired my listeners,
what ever age and no matter what has
happened to you. Don't let your music
die.
Like to thank Vincent Wade also Mick
Dorey for their help with sound
engineer and playing also for their
support . Have written Hundreds and
hundreds of Lyrics all styles and
emotions through trauma and pain of
loving and loss.
My daughter Wrote the Lyrics to the
Song Why.
Most of my songs here are just demo's
I've yet to Record them in a proper
studio.

should......I LOVE
LONDON! Spent a good deal
of time there dating all
the way back to 1971!
Had the pleasure of
recording with some of
the top guys of the day<
Ronnie Verell, Pete
Mohan, Johnny Coleman,
Martin Kershaw and Butch
Hudson!
We were 'holed up' in
Wimbledon in 06'07
working on a
screenplay....its a place
that we wish we had more
'reason' to visit more
often!

partner Roger Francis
passed away recently we
had been writing and
arranging for nearly
10years. He left me
alovely takamine acoustic
limited addition which I
am puting to good use.
