part 3- to the sun that warms me or gives me cancer, to the black hole universe nurseries that destroy and create in a place that defies everything we know about places. It is a joy and a pain to live. I strive (sometimes successfully!) to enjoin life's biggest challenges and rewards fearlessly and with grace. I have often joked that “I am a pacifist by nature but will kill if provoked!” That pretty much sums up my basic philosophy of survival on planet Earth. In closing, I have discovered that the most joy I have is when I create. Perhaps that is merely the satisfaction that Creation gets from being imitated. I do not know but it is a fun idea. I hope you will take some time to explore my music. I hope you enjoy it and that it may inspire you in your own creations. Sincerely, Robin

part 2 of any real meaning for me. Largely because they have become so overused and diversely interpreted. To me God is a just place holder like "0" for trying to grasp what is unknowable to us observing from our limited space time dimensional continuum. In regards to an interpretation of Love as an ultimate and desirable polarity (like ultimate peace)-I have never observed any phenomena in the universe that prefers one side of any polarity over another for long. Order seeks chaos and chaos seeks order (chaos theory). It appears that both sides of any polarity are just as intrinsic as its opposite to the success of what ever underlies the workings of sentient reality. An example would be the polarity of light and dark. To an observer neither would have any meaning or apparent existence without its opposite as a background from which to discern its difference. So, love, hate, and all of the various shades between are all intrinsic to our awareness and ability to quantify and imbue meaning. As we learn from physics everything that we as sentient beings experience as good or bad is subjective. An example is the cat and the bird. When the cat eats the bird the cat rejoices because it continues - the bird not so much. When the bird escapes it rejoices because it continues - the cat goes hungry. I like most people prefer to be the successful hunter rather than the prey. However, I remind myself that without the loss of the prey (death) there would be no life. In the abstract, all life and death struggles are just exchanges of energy. The universe has no preference over the success of one thing over another. That being said, as a human being I strive to survive while respecting all things, especially things that satisfy my needs for sustenance. That includes my joined-at-the-hip love for my wife of 35 years, my family and friends and every other being sentient or not, all the way down to the microbes that sustain me or feed on me, to the sun that warms me or g

Hello Jon, I wanted to respond to the post that you sent below. It got me to thinking about the subject and before I knew it I had written a small chapter. I am new to the site so I am not sure of the best way to go about it so I have just copied your original post for reference below and and the followed that with my response; Jon's original post; e2010-01-14 at 22:31:04 GREAT TO MEET YOU I know that love is ultimately the only answer to mankind's problems. And I'm going to talk about it everywhere I go. I know it isn't popular to talk about it in some circles today. I'm not talking about emotional bosh when I talk about love, I'm talking about a strong, demanding love. And I have seen too much hate... I have decided to love. If you are seeking the highest good, I think you can find it through love. And the beautiful thing is that we are moving against wrong when we do it, because John was right, God is love. He who hates does not know God, but he who has love has the key that unlocks the door to the meaning of ultimate reality. --Martin Luther King, Jr. my response; Hello Jon, Thanks for your post. I really like the music you have posted and hope to hear some more. I am a little surprised that your post focused on spiritual matters instead of music. I am primarily seeking musical communion on this site. For spiritual and political matters I prefer to explore elsewhere. However, I will share this - Through the years I have walked the path of the mystic, been a practicing remote viewer, as well as followed the intellectual path of understanding and enlightenment via studies of most of the -ologies, -osophies, and particle physics. Both music and spirituality have occupied a great deal of my energies for most of my 54 years. At this point in my life I find that although I don't know very much I do know some things about both subjects. In regards to Love with a capital "L" I find that word, like the word God have become practically devoid

TELL EVERY ONE ABOUT IMRadio -- Got to thinking. What if each of us independent musicians told our family, friends, fans and acquaintances about, how besides the main stations, it has stations for each of the states individually, 52 countries, and just about every musical genre -- reaching any internet connection around the world. We could tell them in person, on the internet or at small or large venues. Anyone we tell would appreciate the convenience of such good music from independent musicians on their computer. It would be such a good way to help all of us reach even more listeners. With IMRadio, we aren't just waiting at the mercy of some major label to decide whether or not they will let us be heard around the world. There are enough of us that the outreach could be exponential. And, wouldn't it be a great way to say 'thank you' to Paddy and all of the other fine folks who have put on the world's musical map. They have put in money, time, energy and dedication, and all they have asked of us in return is to upload our music and profile. I am sure that they have great plans to publicize IMRadio and bring it to even more listeners. In the meantime, through, wouldn't it be great if we could all help a little by just taking a little time each day to tell family, friends, fans and acquaintances about IMRadio. It wouldn't cost a dime, just a little time. Yours, in Musical Solidarity, Paul.
