About Us:
Nominated by the IBMA for the 2012
Songwriter of the Year Award,
bluegrass singer songwriter Donna
Ulisse continues to make a name for
herself with bluegrass, folk and
acoustic music enthusiasts around the
world. Her music is often called
"bluegrass without borders" because of
its' broad appeal.
Ulisse was a country artist on
Atlantic Records in the 1990's with
appearances on Nashville Now, Hee Haw,
NBC's Hot Country Nights & Crook and
Chase. Her Atlantic album Trouble At
The Door was critically acclaimed and
yielded three singles and two videos.
As a bluegrass artist, Ulisse has
released five albums with her latest
being her first Christmas album of all
new songs she wrote or co-wrote
chronicling the birth of Christ from
the time Mary is told she will carry
the Son of God to the birth of the
baby in Bethlehem. The title of the
album is All The Way To Bethlehem.
Donna stays busy trying to find a
balance between her songwriting,
touring with her band The Poor
Mountain Boys and recording new
material.
Hi Donna, we are honored
to have your outstanding
song, "I See The Light Of
The World", in our
IMRadio radio rotation.
Plus, I really enjoyed
listening to your
wonderful CD. Have a
super Sunday! peace,
Paddy Noonan
