My Journey So Far
Every thing I have learned so far has
been on this Road.
"The Road of Hard Knocks"
A Bit About What I Have Done.
In the eighties I associated with many
artists and musicians, I played in
quite a few bands ranging from Folk to
Rock, worked behind the scenes with
other working bands one being Gold
Coasts top cover band at the time,
called "Hot Points" they played at the
Old Play Room at Tallebudgera QLD, I
would set up and operate their light
shows as well as work with their crew
to set up their sound system.
From 1984 to 1986 I moved to Sydney
with my own original band "Rio Cargo",
in hardly no time we had a loyal
following and were Friday nights
resident band at the Duke of Edinburgh
at Prymont, yes we even played at the
Bexley Forest Inn Sydney where AC/DC
first started out what a Pub, we also
toured as far as Byron Bay.
After moving back to Brisbane I played
in "The Decades" cover band playing
out in QLD's country towns, I then put
together "Planet Earth" a three piece
original band, we played in and round
Brisbane.
In 1992 I got married now have four
children and am still married.
In 2001 I built my own studio and
created "Chaval Productions" where I
continue to write, produce and record
original material a Sound Designer
with all the bells and whistles.
