About Us:
Don Whitehead is a premier producer,
songwriter and vocalist. As an
original and co-founding member of the
renowned band, Earth, Wind &
Fire,(Formerly, the Salty Peppers) he
was a major contributor to the band's
early sound.
As a musician, versed in several
instruments, including keyboard,
electric base (base guitar), and
percussion, he has had opportunity to
work with many talented artist. In his
early career, he has played with Al
Green, Little Richard, Betty Everette
and Jerry Butler, to name just a few.
He also participated in the production
of the soundtrack of the 1970's cult
classic 'Sweetback' with Melvin Van
Peebles.
In the earl 1990's to the mid 2000's,
He collaborated with longtime friend,
the late Harley "Tony" Searcy.
Together they produced two spoken word
cd's; 'Voice of the Voices' and
Revolutionary Visonaries.
Currently, Don spends his creative
time writing and producing out of his
home in Rancho Cucamonga, CA where he
resides with his Wife and family.
