In Aug 1988, Andrew Neil was born in
Colorado. Raised in Northern Virginia.
An athlete in high school he
eventually received an opportunity at
to play D1 lax. In Dec. 2008- hampered
by injury and searching for purpose he
left school, his scholarship went the
way of the dinosaur. In Dec 2008
Andrew returned home. April 2009- 2pm
(sober, no seat belt) driving around a
bend &down a hill @ 55 mph crashes
