"Hitch Hike Back to Oregon" Grew up in
Corvallis. Went into the Army. Came
home. Got a job at the saw mill. Quit
my job. Grabed my guitar. Left town in
a broken down car and no money. Won
some money in Vegas. Got some gas and
kept going. Ran out of Gas in Austin.
Got a job framing. Played music. Quit
my job. Went to Branson. Got a job
with David Allan Coe the original
outlaw country. Went on the road,
played music, Moved to Nashville,
traveled the country and Europe. Quit
the road. Came home. Went to school.
Played the guitar. Got a job. Met a
girl. Quit school. Went nuts. Left for
Korea. Got a job. Got married, played
music. Quit my job. Came home. Looking
for a job... and playing music*
These songs were recorded in an analog
studio in the countryside in Korea.
Many bus trips out of the city and to
the studio with my guitar on my back.
Many things were lost due to language,
but music is the universal language.
