About Us:
The very first ideas about creating a
rock band started to appear in 2006.
At that time there were only Lenka
(guitar, vocals) and Sharka who did
not play the drums that time yet, but
the guitar. Could be said that it was
Guitar duo Lenka & Sharka.
In 2007 Sharka started to play the
drums and so that the core of the band
beginned. Then finding a bassguitar
player was required. That problem was
solved soon when in June 2007 we ran
upon the bassguitarist of a Greek rock
band Wheelrunner, Panagiotis "Savage"
Zouvelos. From that time the basic
line-up had been complete and the new
rock band HEMATITT was born!
In February 2008 the nucleus of the
band, Lenka and Sharka, profesionally
broke up with the bassplayer
Panagiotis. However, in March a new
band member was admitted - guitarist
Tomáš Ranocha. Recordings for the
first demo are finished in April and
rehearsals can start. :-) And not only
rehearsals! In June 2008 the first
HematitT show was played with line-up
Lenka Kun?ická, Šárka Kun?ická, Tomáš
Ranocha and David Homer!
In September 2008 the band is coming
with a new line-up with two new
members, Tomáš Ranocha left the band
and Jan Suchánek and Martin Stacho?
came in.
The band went to a professional
recording studio in January 2009 to
record three songs for a promo CD -
Hey Man, No War and River of Sorrows!
The 29th May took place the first live
concert with the new line-up in music
club Chlív, Ostrava-Poruba. The great
guests were bands Rusty Fox and From
All Sides. Then, the 18th June a show
on festival "podchodem Vchod" in music
club Templ in Ostrava followed. In
July we professionally broke up with
Martin Stacho? and Jan Suchánek.
In September a new guitar player Jan
Hrubý and a guest bass player Martin
Mucha were announced and the 8th
Semptember we played in band contest
Boomcup and we won our round!
In November we have found our next
bassplayer Ji?í Londa and we played
two concerts in that line up.
Unfortunately he broke up with band in
summer 2010.
From May 2011 we are a complete band
with our new bassguitarist Janek
Babulík. With new songs and new member
we are ready to rock! :-)
Songs:
1. That´s Life
2. Lost in this World
3. God Save Me
4. No War
5. Set Your Soul Free
- songs to be listened at our
29.5.2009!!!

TELL EVERY ONE ABOUT
IMRadio -- Got to
thinking. What if each of
us independent musicians
told our family, friends,
fans and acquaintances
about IMRadio.com, how
besides the main
stations, it has stations
for each of the states
individually, 52
countries, and just about
every musical genre --
reaching any internet
connection around the
world. We could tell them
in person, on the
internet or at small or
large venues. Anyone we
tell would appreciate the
convenience of such good
music from independent
musicians on their
computer. It would be
such a good way to help
all of us reach even more
listeners. With IMRadio,
we aren't just waiting at
the mercy of some major
label to decide whether
or not they will let us
be heard around the
world. There are enough
of us that the outreach
could be exponential.
And, wouldn't it be a
great way to say 'thank
you' to Paddy and all of
the other fine folks who
have put IMRadio.com on
the world's musical map.
They have put in money,
time, energy and
dedication, and all they
have asked of us in
return is to upload our
music and profile. I am
sure that they have great
plans to publicize
IMRadio and bring it to
even more listeners. In
the meantime, through,
wouldn't it be great if
we could all help a
little by just taking a
little time each day to
tell family, friends,
fans and acquaintances
about IMRadio. It
wouldn't cost a dime,
just a little time.
Yours, in Musical
Solidarity, Paul.
Future Now thanks you for
your great music; and for
being a part of the ever
growing creative
community of independent
musicians who are taking
the opportunity, made
possible by IMRadio, to
reach 52 countries
throughout the world.
