About Us:
BIO: EVA CAPPELLI
Eva's is originally from New York, she
walked her way through the country and
ended up in Western MA. in the Pioneer
Valley.
Eva met Joe Carvalho one night at an
Open Mic run by a close friend of
theirs and they have been creating
music together ever since. Eva's first
CD "Are You Out There" was released in
2008. Then they released "Valentine"
in 2009 and it won best of 2009 Mass
Live Awards, her band won best Blues
Band that same year. They released
"Bits and Bobs" in 2011 after opening
their own recording studio known as
The Watershops Studio and they have
several other CD's on the way one soon
to be released from their new
Watershops Recording Studio. Her
newest CD " Don't Send Me Flowers "
was released October 27th, 2012.
Joe and Eva also produce several young
upcoming artists through the studio.
Eva has played venues ranging from the
small coffee houses to the much larger
concert halls. She can perform as a
soloist or with a 12 piece Orchestra
and anything in between. Some of the
venues she has performed at include
the Big E. in West Springfield MA.,
the Iron Horse Music Hall in
Northampton MA, the Majestic Theater
in West Springfield MA., the
Springfield Quadrangle in Springfield
MA. the Arts Block Greenfield MA., and
several venues in CT, NY, NC, and she
is planning a 2013 Southern tour where
she has been invited to perform at the
Victory Hall in Virginia a very
historical venue where Patsy Cline,
Hank Williams and the Carter Family
all began.
Eva's music is a lively mix of blues,
jazz, power folk, country, rock,
"torch songs" with 1940s-50s styling,
latin/tex-mex, and a wide range of
other popular and ethnic styles. She
and the Band are inspired by a wide
range of music and their tunes reflect
that. She writes her music from her
personal experiences of a life
overcoming obstacles. In essence, her
work comprises a series of musical
"stories" celebrating a woman's
survival in a hard world. Given some
of the challenges she has faced in her
life, it is truly amazing how joyful
and fun Eva is. Her interaction with
an audience is always special... both
touching, energizing and fun! We hope
you enjoy the journey!

TELL EVERY ONE ABOUT
IMRadio -- Got to
thinking. What if each of
us independent musicians
told our family, friends,
fans and acquaintances
about IMRadio.com, how
besides the main
stations, it has stations
for each of the states
individually, 75
countries, and just about
every musical genre --
reaching any internet
connection around the
world. We could tell them
in person, on the
internet or at small or
large venues. Anyone we
tell would appreciate the
convenience of such good
music from independent
musicians on their
computer. It would be
such a good way to help
all of us reach even more
listeners. With IMRadio,
we aren't just waiting at
the mercy of some major
label to decide whether
or not they will let us
be heard around the
world. There are enough
of us that the outreach
could be exponential.
And, wouldn't it be a
great way to say 'thank
you' to Paddy and all of
the other fine folks who
have put IMRadio.com on
the world's musical map.
They have put in money,
time, energy and
dedication, and all they
have asked of us in
return is to upload our
music and profile. I am
sure that they have great
plans to publicize
IMRadio and bring it to
even more listeners. In
the meantime, though,
wouldn't it be great if
we could all help a
little by just taking a
little time each day to
tell family, friends,
fans and acquaintances
about IMRadio. It
wouldn't cost a dime,
just a little time.
Yours, in Musical
Solidarity, Paul.
