"The Revisited" has evolved from an experimental music project back in "San Francisco, California" during the mid-90's! "R.J. Poleski" the project's conceptual artist has been slowly making his art & sound known for 15 years now relying on minimal budgets & complete INDEPENDENCE from indie, as well as major music publishing companies! "I've been playing my acoustic guitar from the Atlantic coast to the Pacific Coast since my early art school days @ S.A.I.C. in the late 80's w/ a need for complete SURVIVAL! I've been DESPERATELY HOMELESS, lived in my van for 10 years, have had nice flat(s) here & there & lived like a KING.... all for a SONG.... INSANE!". "R.J." started his musical journey w/ percussionist "Brian Hano" in the "Haight/Ashbury" district of S.F., where they had success w/ KUSF FM radio, being aired throughout S.F! In Chicago, IL. they formed friendship w/producer(s) "Alex Gross" & "Dan Scalpone"! Relying only on rough & raw acoustics/hand drums "The ReVIZ" evolved into an original sound force of ambient/surrealistic/techno psychedelic ROCK! "Alex G's" creative producership skills & techno "Plexes" concept bring together a sound truly unique! "The Revisited" won the regional southwestern FM show "The Eagle's Nest" which aired out of Flagstaff, AZ. where "R.J." had a live/ON-AIR interview! "The Revisited" was played for half-a-decade! "Music can be the easiest & most difficult art form ever.... especially when your ORIGINAL & avoiding the FAKES, JEALOUS, COPYCATS w/ NO CREATIVITY, RIPOFFS, ANGRY/HATEFUL & RELIGIOUS FANATICS!"
