Metal

About Us:
Kaamora pronounced "cah-mor-ah" means to cleanse with fire. Influenced by a variety of artists from Thrash, Death, Black and Heavy metal, Punk, Progressive Rock, Alternative, World and Classical music, Kaamora have their own distinct sound and creative approach to music. Kaamora's music has been used in on Rivers' Clothing Merchant Australia national TV ads which caused some controversy. Kaamora's appearance at the national SCoRCHeR FeST also saw their music providing some of the sound track to a doco about the festival. Within five months Kaamora went from playing venues in their hometown of Ballarat to Australian iconic music venues like the Gershwin Room at The Espalande Hotel, and the Hi Fi Bar. Welkin Entertainment selected music from the band to include on Euphony Fusion 111 with the like of Frankenbok, Black Orchid, Death Audio and Be'Lakor. 2010 Kaamora returns to grow organically, ignoring common trends and exploring the limits of their music boundaries. For Luke, Will, Jase, Aaron and Dyl the journey has only begun...!!!

Band Statement

Kaamora and their management (The Chief Management) wish to state that both Aaron (bass) and Jase (Guitar) have left the band. While Aaron and Jase have left for different reasons the remaining members Luke, Will X and Dyl have decided to continue on with the band. Of course, they expect to take sometime to find suitable replacements for two members who made a significant contributions to the music and live performances of the band. Luke, Will and Dyl wish both Aaron and Jase all the success with their future pursuits in music or whatever they chose to do. The band will be there to provide support to both Aaron and Jase. Kaamora and management wish to assure all those that have shown support that they will be taking a break from playing shows for the moment, to take the chance to work on new material, to seek out new members and comeback more the monstrosity we envision Kaamora to be. Thank you for your attention and have no fear Kaamora will be back Statement by Kaamora and The Chief

TELL EVERY ONE ABOUT IMRadio -- Got to thinking. What if each of us independent musicians told our family, friends, fans and acquaintances about IMRadio.com, how besides the main stations, it has stations for each of the states individually, 75 countries, and just about every musical genre -- reaching any internet connection around the world. We could tell them in person, on the internet or at small or large venues. Anyone we tell would appreciate the convenience of such good music from independent musicians on their computer. It would be such a good way to help all of us reach even more listeners. With IMRadio, we aren't just waiting at the mercy of some major label to decide whether or not they will let us be heard around the world. There are enough of us that the outreach could be exponential. And, wouldn't it be a great way to say 'thank you' to Paddy and all of the other fine folks who have put IMRadio.com on the world's musical map. They have put in money, time, energy and dedication, and all they have asked of us in return is to upload our music and profile. I am sure that they have great plans to publicize IMRadio and bring it to even more listeners. In the meantime, though, wouldn't it be great if we could all help a little by just taking a little time each day to tell family, friends, fans and acquaintances about IMRadio. It wouldn't cost a dime, just a little time. Yours, in Musical Solidarity, Paul.
